Earlier this year, Official Box Office.com was set up by the Concert Promoters Association (CPA) due to a lack of government intervention with regard to ticket touts. Official Box Office.com means music fans can purchase tickets confidently if they have been unable to purchase them through primary outlets.
Official Box Office.com is a secondary ticket exchange site run by the CPA. Buyers will know exactly what they’re getting for their money as listing full ticket details will be compulsory. This requirement is unique in the secondary market and therefore makes it the only secondary market site genuine fans should be using.
