Let us introduce you to The Residence, luxury living at T in the Park. Luxury is not usually synonymous with camping, however at T in the Park it can be. The Residence was designed to create a sanctuary within a lively festival site; so you can make the most of the arena atmosphere whilst still being able to take time out, relax in the comfort of your luxury camping accommodation or chill-out in our exclusive café and bar. The Residence offers the best of both worlds at the legendary T in the Park.

With an exciting new location for 2012, closer to the main arena, we have our own private entrance & car park, as well as a dedicated entrance into the main arena. Your accommodation will be hand built before your arrival and broken down and packed away after you leave. Once you have settled into your home for the weekend you can relax in the café & bar or treat yourself in the Festival Recovery Spa, before heading to see your favourite bands. Porta-showers and toilets are available exclusively for Residence customers. After a hot shower you can add those finishing touches in our complimentary beauty room, filled with mirrors, hairdryers and straightners…who said festival goers can't do it in style?

An innovative design, the Pod Pad offers you a very real and stylish alternative to camping in a tent. They are comfortable, weatherproof, secure and safe. Suitable for 2 people only, they can be configured as a twin or a double bed, raised of the floor providing increased comfort and valuable underbed storage space - airbed mattresses and sheets provided but please BYO sleeping bag.
Podpads come with a wooden floor, fitted carpet, interior light, shelving with a mirror and a lock on the front door. Three sliding tinted acrylic windows (+ curtains) provide for ventilation and natural light, allowing you to look out, whilst restricting others' looking in. It has an 8w fluorescent light on the inside, above the door and a 12v socket (car dashboard type for your phone charger, ipod etc). It is eco-friendly solar powered through the fantastic sunflowers on the roof.

Welcome to the wonderful world of yurts, squrts and cloud houses. Cloudhouses are a twist on an ancient Persian design not dissimilar to the Alachigh yurt. These structures are cool to look at and bring something new and quirky to the land of festival accommodation. Cloudhouses are a little more spacious than a Squrt with a higher and wider doorway.

There are several varieties of Yurt but they all share the essential circular shape, trellis walls, and roof poles radiating from a central wheel. The Yurts ancient design has survived the ages providing shelter that is stable in strong winds, well insulated, sustainable and comfortable.

To make sure that you are looking your best over the weekend you can visit our Festival Recovery Spa; providing a range of services from revival massages to head turning beauty treatments such as hair styling, spray tan, nails, massage and much more.

FruitCake Pop up Bistro
FruitCake are bringing their fantastic bistro restaurant to the Residence, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner with full waiter service in their lovely marquee; with a cold wine or cocktail in hand.

FruitCake will be open to guests from 3pm on Thursday and will be hosting a sumptuous Hog Roast BBQ from 6pm with fabulous cocktails and drinks. They will be open on Sat and Sun from 7am for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks until 2am. To help you get ready for your departure on Monday morning, you can also have a takeaway breakfast from 7am until 12noon.

FruitCake Cocktail bar
The Residence bar will be hosted by those lovely people from FruitCake; pouring a range of drinks throughout the weekend. The cash bar will be open on Thursday from 3pm – 12am and 12noon – 2am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Expect taste tingling cocktails, Bloody Marys and a choice of wine, beer and champagne.
